Who is
behind Okapod.
Okapod is a software studio in Pinhais, Paraná, Brazil. Two senior partners, with more than 20 combined years of experience, build the software a business operation runs on every day.
What we do

We design and build custom systems, applied AI, sites, automations, integrations (ERP, payments, invoicing, online store and WhatsApp), reports and the hosting behind all of it. We also do the consulting that comes first: a free diagnosis to understand what holds the operation back.

We work with owners of small and mid-sized Brazilian companies that outgrew spreadsheets, generic tools or a site that does not sell. We also work with companies abroad.
How we commit
- 01
The price is fixed per phase and agreed in writing before work starts. Each phase ends with something you can use, and you decide whether to go on to the next one. During the build, we show a working part every week.
- 02
Your data and your domain always stay in your name. The code stays in your accounts for large systems, or under Okapod management on a contract of at least 1 year for sites and smaller systems. We issue an invoice (nota fiscal) on every payment.
- 03
We use artificial intelligence where it speeds the work up, and a senior person reviews everything that ships.
